Your home is your sanctuary, and we want everyone to feel as at peace in their homes as we do. We met as neighbors, fell in love, and began renovating a 100 year old home soon after. Since finishing our own project, we've designed and renovated homes in Columbus; ranging anywhere from 100 year old homes with no electric and plumbing, to updating a 90's home to meet the clients style. We like to get our hands dirty and we won't stop until it's perfect.

This took a team with a vision. It was love at first sight for us; but first glance was a dilapidated building. No electric (or heat; it was November in the midwest), minimally safe flooring, and plumbing that would send most running for the hills. But the bones and the history were classic and beautiful. Here is the 5 week remodel. It now rents as the perfect place to unwind when you’re in Cbus.
